Romina's father has been building the Pulpa for 13 years on his own. Today, Romina & John guide the sailing trips with passion. The included Istrian Tapas are homemade by the parents from local ingredients. What has convinced us is the fact of being a small boat for up to 5 people at a great value for money.

TRUFFLE HUNTING
Karlić Tartufi
Karlic is one of the four "Truffle-Families" in Istria offering a local truffle hunting experience. Even if they never will uncover the "real" truffle hunting ground it is a fun experience. But the best is the degustation of their products and gastronomic offer. You can visit Karlic Tartufi on your own or include them in the Exclusive Istrian Wine & Food tour with Agnieszka.
ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
B10 - Oleoteca
B10 is a small, family-led Istrian olive oil producer located in Groznjan close to the Parenzana trail. They focus on organic farming of traditional sorts like Istarska Bijelica, Karbonaca and Rossignol. You can visit their very stylish Oleoteca which is located on a hill with a beautiful view over the valley of Groznjan where you can enjoy an exclusive olive oil tasting accompanied by small Istrian Delicacies. Reservation is required.
ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
Cadenela - Adopt a tree
Cadenela is an Istrian organic olive oil producer in the region of Vodnjan. You can visit their orchards and ask for an olive oil tasting. Just call them to announce your coming. The uniqueness of Cadenela is that you can adopt one or several olive trees - in exchange you will receive 1/2 litre of each trees' extra virgin oil every year including a picture of your tree. If you are looking for a special gift this is a very nice idea.
