A signature dish identifies the individual style of a chef and restaurant offering a unique and pleasant experience for all senses. A signiture dish makes you come back again and again. The Istrian region has four world-class and renowned chefs making Rovinj's gastronomic scene alive and exciting by bringing them together in the Signature Dish: 4 of a Kind dinner series from October 26 to October 30, 2022.
For the Signature Dish: 4 of a Kind, every Chef will prepare a dinner at their own MICHELIN-starred restaurants. The final dinner of the series, will be held as a charity dinner at the Grand Park Hotel Restaurant Cap Aureo in Rovinj. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Eugen Kumičić Vocational School from Rovinj to support future chefs. For more information and registration please click here.
