Our Story
It all began with love. Once an artist’s house, it chose us and became Casa Amando — The Beloved.
A family-led boutique house in Rovinj’s Old Town, where heritage meets hotel-inspired comfort and the warmth of home. Five design-led rooms, each with its own character, some opening to panoramic sea views, and a communal kitchen at the heart of the house, with organic specialty coffee included, create a personal stay beyond any hotel or rental.
Guided by EcoEsthetics©, we designed Casa Amando as if for ourselves, with sustainable elegance in every detail. For those who notice everything — and believe a place should have a soul.

For those seeking closeness, Ottanio Nido and Alma Arte share the first floor, side by side. All three rooms enjoy the communal kitchen for self-catering freedom.

Absolutely perfect stay at Casa Amando! The attention to detail in the rooms is just wonderful...Super comfortable and clean rooms. All the amenities that one could want...great eco conscious soaps and lotions...Tucked into a neat little corner of the town so that you feel like a local.
